Shipping & Handling
We send by Thai Post in Bangkok.
All items are labeled as “gift” for customs.
We deliver to the following countries only: Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States.
Your item(s) can be tracked using the International tracking number we will send you. Go to your national postal provider to track your item(s).
If you would like insurance, email at the same time as sending the order. This will incur an extra cost for you. We will not be responsible for any loss of the package, if it is not insured.
We will ship the item to the address you provide. The purchaser is responsible to make sure the address is correct.
Item(s) will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of verified payment. After placing orders, please check your email to get order confirmation and sending details usually within 5 business days.
Generally we would expect you to receive your order within 7 days – 21 working days of posting. If your item(s) have not arrived after 21 working days, use the tracking number we have provided to track the item. You should go to the postal website for your country in the first instance and if no information, then try the Thai Postal website.

All item(s) are hand made from natural materials so there will be some variation from the pictures presented online. We do however ensure that all materials are of a high quality.
Each piece is individually hand crafted by the women on our premises. Quality control is very strict to ensure your satisfaction.
We accept PayPal payment only.
You can still pay with PayPal with no PayPal account by using a credit/debit card. If you pay using an e-cheque on PayPal, we will send as soon as the cheque payment has cleared. This can take 5-7 days to clear.
All transactions are final and no refund will be given however we are committed to your complete satisfaction in the item(s).
We will accept return of the item if it is defective or the wrong item. Defective or wrong items will be replaced only; no refunds or credits will be given. All defective items must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of the items. Please email and wait for a response before sending back. After our confirmation, the item must be returned to our address in a reasonable appearance with original packaging within 28 days from the date of our confirmation of returning acceptance. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not damaged or altered. All returned items must be marked with buyer name, buyer email address, item number and returning reasons in English. For our processing, it may take up 5 days to process the returned item(s) after receipt. If you do not clearly label the above information for us, we will not be able to follow up your case. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after receiving your order, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
